• I've had some really good meals from here, some average and one awful this was the passanda which was oversweet. I still use it and always collect.

• Food is ok if collected. Delivery is an absolute waste of time!! On two occasions we have had to wait over an hour and a half for delivery, last night 11/10/14 was nearly two and a half hour wait just to receive the wrong order, when we called to complain AGAIN, we were told to wait for a call back from the manager, which we didn't receive! We called back the following day and the manager still wouldn't talk and just asked a minion to tell us there would be no refund as we received a refund the first time it happened. This place is REALLY not cut out to offer a delivery service and will probably ruin your evening waiting for them! LONG WAIT TO RECEIVE THE WRONG FOOD!!

• Fantastic quality and value, and deliver to areas others won't. Always been courteous and proffesional on the phone and never had a problem with delivery despite living in a difficult to locate address.

• Use Pure Spice quite regularly. Food is good but don't order delivery as they are a nightmare. 2hrs wait not unusual and they lie to you about delivery times. we even had a delivery not arrive and they didn't answer phone when we were calling for hours. Really awful customer service in general. Only use them as they are only takeaway that delivers in our area. Don't offer a servicebyou can't provide!
