• My elderly mother had a carpet fitted from this store, fortunately she’d asked an assistant in the shop the week before how much the fitting would cost for the 2x3m bedroom so she had enough cash to pay the fitter, it was the owner of the store who fitted the carpet and he tried to charge her an extra £30! Fortunately she’s still got all her marbles so when she told him what she’d been quoted he backed down and asked for the original amount. Absolutely disgusting trying to take advantage of an elderly person in this way, and from the owner as well, avoid!
