• I have never had such an appalling experience whilst eating out! We spent over �150 on our meal and had many problems including having to go and buy out own vegetarian gravy from the shop (despite ringing up and asking if they did vegetarian meals, and being told they did) having to wit over 40minutes between the first and last meal being served, and also being brought 3 meals which we did not order and being told that we were lying and had obviously changed our minds. To add insult to injury the manager refused to refund us any money AT ALL even though we had to leave 3 meals as we had waited so long we didn't have time to eat them as she didn't have time to get to the bottom of the problem!!! Do not go to this pub officially the worst customer service an management I have ever experienced!!!!
