• I have just seen a video of a guy that tried to enter your bar earlier this evening, and was subsequently denied entry due to his disibility.This is not only very disciminatory, but also unlawful.By denying him entry you have committed a dicrimination hate crime, and both the business (Potters bar) and the old lady who denied him entry can and will be held accountable for such, under the equalities act 2010: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2010/15/contents I suggest you quickly familiarise yourself, and your staff regarding the law on face coverings: https://www.gov.uk/government/news/disabled-people-exempt-from-wearing- I will certainly not be visiting, and I will be spreading the word to others also.

• pottersbar for service and cleanliness is second to none.all staff r welcoming and friendly and have a great attitude.the only drawback is on tuesday and thursday afternoons it is difficult to c the host overthe beer pumps.but what agreat fellow.
