• Very poor service, took my cmax in for a recall replacement part, received a call to say bonnet wouldn't open (old car, granted, but I'd been under the bonnet a week earlier), I point blank refused for any chargeable work to be carried out, so repairs not done. Drove vehicle home, opened bonnet within 2 minutes with no tools used. Very very dissapointed.
