• Having lived in Yorkshire for 4 years I was re-educated in the ways of good F&C's. This is the best F & C shop in Plymouth and we come in from Ivybridge for them. Chips taste like proper chips. Batter always thin and crispy and the fish always succulent. 10/10.

• Please also note that it is very loud behind the range with fresh food cooking and therefore we cannot always hear straight away but strive to provide the service

• Entered and note on counter said order when arrive. Said clearly what we wanted and was completly ignored. The girls were rude when asking for order and they didn't have anything other than a few sausages????? I was sure i walked into a fish and chip shop. They moaned because i didn't order at the sign, but it would of helped if i was not ignored and they were not chatting and glaring at customers when they came in behind us. The food when we had chose from what they had left was vile, very fatty almost like previous day chips. The rest of the food, well don't bother

• Awful rude service. Couldn't be bothered with order. All soaked in fat and tastless. We got home and binned all the food and re-order from another which was very very good.

• Walked in and the lady was rather rude! Saying they only had chips and sausages left! They were in a hurry to finish! It was only 9.55pm they had at least another hour to go! Food was poor, chips were cold and chewy, sausages were ok! They were even putting on food I hadn't asked for and still charged me! Quality over quantity please!

• Excellent fish and chips as well as other items available, sausages, scampi etc. Excellent service from staff. Queues outside doors waiting for their products, night after night shows just how popular they are
