"PLUMBSERVICE London 24h Emergency Plumbers About Us We are a Central Heating & Plumbing Company based in London and now have over 10 years experience in the trade. Our team can offer a professional and reliable service with close customer liaison and a highest standard of workmanship. We take the time to use our extensive experience to provide you with the best and most efficient boiler/system etc. your budget will allow whether a manor house or tiny flat and we will do our best to tailor to your needs. We are the type of firm that likes to build a relationship with its customers, some of whom have been with us for many years. This relationship being based on trust, that we will do our best to undertake the work at a reasonable and competitive price. Plumbservice charge one hour from arrival at your property, including any diagnostic work needed and if in that one hour we can't fix the problem you'll be told how much it will cost. After that you will be charged for each half hour's work the engineer does. This rate won't include any parts or equipment hire needed. We will charge you only for the time engineers spend solving your problem. We won't charge you for their travelling time, or for any time spend collecting day-to-day parts (they carry most such parts in their vans). If specialist parts are needed. Our engineers always try to minimize travelling time and use the nearest available supplier. Payment and Rates Once our engineers have diagnosed and solved your immediate problem, they will take payment by cash, cheque or by PayPal. If substantial works are required, and you agree, we may request a deposit. General Plumbing £60 for the first hour of work £30 per half hour thereafter (Monday – Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm) Gas Safe/CORGI (General gas including boiler repairs) £60 for the first hour (or part of), £30 per half hour (or part of) thereafter (Monday – Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm) Out of Hours Plumbing, Gas & Heating work (Evenings and Weekends)** Monday – Friday, 6:00pm to Midnight, Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm: £75 for the first hour (or part of), £40 per half hour thereafter (or part of) Monday – Friday, Midnight to 8:00am, Saturday 6:00pm to Midnight and Sundays: £100 per hour (or part of) **Please note that in the event of boiler breakdowns, we cannot guarantee that the problem will be fixed during the initial appointment if parts are needed and our suppliers are closed.
