• Decided to put in GROHE taps when renovating the ensuite and the main bathroom. A friend works for a rival big manufacturer but recomended GROHE. So started looking for a good deal and the best price - by far - was by plumb4less. However, I needed taps for gravity-fed system and the GROHE make do not seem to be suitable for it off-the-shelf. Conatcted GROHE, they said they could adjust whatever it was to make them the low-pressure type. Then wrote to plumb4less, they confirmed they could deal with it, and I then placed the order. OK, took over a month for the taps to arrive, but it was worth the wait. Taps were in perfect condition, in GROHE boxes, with flexible hoses and some other bits and bobs. My plumber could not believe what I had paid!
