• Ordered an hour and a half ago, called to check up and told it will be at least half an hour more...no apology. Asked to cancel and I he says they can't as I ordered through a third party-who have no phone number for me to call. Avoid at all costs

• Very rude. Bad customer service and bad food not impressed with this shop at all. Don't even want to give them a star it definitely don't deserve it

• Waited one and half hours for pizza, one pizza was wrong and both were cold. Asked the driver why he was late he said he had just left the shop 15 mins ago. I said that was a lie as we called the shop they said he left 50 mins ago. I called him a liar he said sorry. The pizzas he gave us were cold and wrong called the shop was passed around 3 people in it with the last one saying we didn't know how to order. Bad service, bad food bad attitude!!!

• Ordered 2 pizzas at the reasonable time of 7.25pm online and was called immediately to give me a 45 minute deliverey time. 1.5 hours later pizzas arrive and driver leaves. 1 pizza is completely wrong, so when I ring to tell them they inform me that they will send the correct pizza. At 9.45 pm, still no pizza and on calling Pizza SamSam I am informed that they don't know when it will arrive, may be 11pm as they only have one driver.!0.30pm they call to say they can't deliver tonight so will do it tomorrow!!! Useless and will never use them again. Don't take orders if you can't deliver them!

• Pizza ordered nearly 2 hours ago and still waiting !!! Shop phone constantly engaged !!!! Not impressed...rubbish sevice seems to be getting a regular thing...

• ordered the pizza deal £9.99 for an 18 inch pizza and garlic bread to find out when they came to the door they said we had to pay an extra 2 pounds and said it was £12.00 we said no the telephone man said it was £9.99 but they stated they didnt.when the delivery man said its an old menu i said i only ordered this deal the other week . the time was too long and was not what they said. the pizza came cold and was not nice.never ever using this takeaway again
