• Placed an online order at 9:30 tonight. It's now 11:25 and no order has turned up! Tried ringing to get an automated machine telling me the opening times, it closes at 11pm. VERY dissaponted!!! Glad I chose the option of paying cash on delivery!

• Very, very, disappointed in Pizza Mondo! Have been using this takeaway for well over 10 years and I also worked there for 2-3 years whilst at college. The food used to be the best quality and prices were very reasonable. However, we've just ordered a "Lunchtime Special" and cannot believe what we were given. It clearly states that the lunchtime kebabs come served with pitta bread, salad and sauce. However, when we opened the box all we got was a handful of chips and a few pieces of chicken, no pitta or salad or sauce. Also ordered a London pizza which is supposed to be topped with chips and sauce but there was no sauce!False advertising on the website! When I asked the guy in the shop about this he basically said there was nothing he could do about it and that was what his bosses orders were. I know the special is only £1.99 so we shouldn't expect too much but the least we can ask for is to get what was clearly advertised on their own website. We have barely used Pizza Mondo since Enzo left, it's simply for convenience that we used it this time as it is right round the corner. We won't be using it again!
