For me The Bakur Bar is the best local pub for a stranger to visit. I had the pleasure of being treated as a local in this pub during my stay in Uig Bay whilst working on the island.The staff are very friendly and the banter between the two chef's as to can cook the finest steak was, for me terrific...Steve, you lost...As for the local,s my favourite guy's have got to be Speedy and John who inveted a stranger into their company and made him feel likw a local.I will be back.
