• Waited ages to get our meal and even longer to get our desert! About 3 hours! Complained to manager who had a bad attitude she managed to say sorry in a begrudging way. When we got bill she knocked the price of the deserts off.Wouldn't eat there again on principale and the managers couldn't be bothered and cocky attitude. Zero out of five rating

• Seriously awful service. They argue with you, the menu is deceptive - since when was steak & kidney pie, creamy mash & buttered carrots, actually a bowl with creamy mash combined with steak & kidney to form odd tasting gloop under a pastry lid? Management will take away a half eaten meal & when you complain again & tell them you won't pay full price for it, they argue you ate it all & allowing you to not pay full price for a dish you told them was revolting when they took your plate away? "Against policy". The food was bad but the service truly dire!
