• Seriously not impressed with these guys. The property was filthy when I moved in and the furniture was scratched and breaking. As I was only in for 6 months I didn't cause much of a fuss. They called for periodic checks and would often leave lights on before leaving. On one occasion they called while I was on holiday leaving on 2 lights for 2 weeks. When I called to complain I was told 'we wouldn't turn on your lights'. The hallway and bathroom had no windows and were pitch black so I've no idea how they assessed the condition without lights! On leaving I tidied the flat and left it in much better condition than when I arrived. Unfortunately not good enough for them and they took it upon themselves to charge £50 from my deposit for cleaning. When complaining the staff just become obnoxious and ignorant.
