• My wife purchased a new vehicle in Nov 2011, 2 weeks later a 6 inch paint defect on roof was found. The attitude of General Manager was that you can't reject or expect a new vehicle and that Pentagon and Vauxhall offer a roof respray. That is front window removed, boot removed and head lining down to take aerial off. His comment was, we have never had anyone reject a vehicle, and all cars have respray work at some time, so why do you care. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE Having tried to fight this, with Vauxhall, GM Finance, Pentagon Group and with Trading Standards, we were advised to accept a respray as our only option was to go to court, which would be too expensive. The respray is not perfect with overspray, which they did clean off, but the comment of the general manager was "I don't care, it's ok to me". A proper 2nd hand car salesman.....but we bought a new car. NOT HAPPY ..... Pentagon's Customer Service is Awful.
