• When I arrived for my 11am appointment this morning at the Falkirk branch there was no answer at the door then 20 minutes after my appointment was due to commence I received a phone call from the sonographer informing me that she was sick and wouldn't be performing my scan, I proceeded to tell her I wasn't happy as I had travelled from Airdrie and the lack of communication was not very professional to which she replied "oh yes being sick isn't professional" she then told me my money would be refunded or a scan rebooked and hung up. As we got into the car to leave a woman (who I assume was the sonographer) approached us in her car and again told us that it would be rebooked, I again told her how unhappy I was and she sarcastically replied "well if you want to lay on a bed and me to be sick on you that's your choice" and drove off. We then left only to receive yet another phone call telling me that I would need to go to the Glasgow branch tomorrow morning, I told her this was unsuitable and peekaview should have to accommodate me and not the other way round as the issue this morning was not my fault to which I was told she was not willing to scan me now because of my attitude and that I would need to contact wowcher to have my money refunded. I understand that she was feeling unwell and couldn't carry out the scan but if anyone had a bad attitude it was her not me as I kept my cool due to having my 4 year old son with me. I disgusted with the sarcastic attitude of the woman I dealt with and the lack of communication not only to myself but to another expectant mother who was left standing out side with no communication till after her appointment time either.

• Please, please please go elsewhere! I had a scan at peek a view last week, not only was the sonographer rude but also completely incompetent.... She gave excuse after excuse for the poor quality of the scan and pictures....that ruined what should have been a special moment! yet not even an hour later I had a fantastic scan at babybond with crystal clear pictures!
