• this was the first time i hadgone to southend after many years going to blackpool.i was very pleased to come across this lovely cafe.its clean.friendly.good fair pricing.good quality food.great view.a happy surprise.i would definitly remmoned to visitors

• Myself and my family 6 of us in total visited this takeaway/restaurant yesterday (29/08/11) for breakfast during a day trip. The food was revolting, it was inedible and cost £30.00, the service was also appalling. People who entered the premises as our food was being served actually looked at our food and walked back out. What a shame, it could be a lovely eatery in a prime location, couldn't take a bit more care and spend a few more pounds on produce, instead serve muck and charge a fortune for it. The cup of tea was nice.
