• We had a leak in our roof and Paul was recommended to us as a good roofer. This may be true, but when he promised to come round the next day he did not bother and didn't call to say he wouldn't make it. He turned up 2 days later with poor excuses and a very bad attitude when I pulled him up on it. If you want a reliable tradesman I would recommend you call anybody else. If I could give no stars for this tradesman I would.
