"Paul is nasty. Using the young generation as apprentices to rip them off whist charging £20 an hour for them to customers and taking grants on top of that, he uses and abuses his apprentices and has done for a very long time, also his own Son Dan. The lowest paying employer out of all electrical apprentices in the college. The worst to work for and a very, very short temper on him, an extremely rude person. Staff always walking on egg shells. He even hit his own Son in the face in front of the team, he is always hangry in the morning before he eats and it's always the apprentices paid £2 per hour who's fault it is that he is angry. We all have to be at not the office, but his personal home each morning to get shouted at for £2 per hour whilst he's in his dressing gown with a cup of tea abusing us all. A horribly selfish, nasty, angry old man is Paul Luke facts are facts, karma is karma."
