• Work is of excellent quality, however, there is no customer service whatsoever. No call backs, No contact, no attendance on agreed dates. So, whilst quality is great, these guys just don't show up to do the work. Do not bother Parker and Son with your normal home building projects. Above £10k they are certainly much more willing to communicate.
