• 1 star is being generous for this hotel. My family and I and 36 other guests attended this venue for my mothers wedding on 10/3/12 only to be served cold soup complete with skin for starters and the beef dinners we were suppost to have for the main course were stone cold and the veg was still frozen when we asked to have the food re heated we were told they had no way of heating it up so we now could not have food this included small children who had to go hungry. To make matters worst the disco we had booked at the venue had not been set up and the room was being used by other people so we were basically told to leave the site. The staff were very rude and didnt even offer an appology and refused to refund the total amount of the deposit paid for the venue. I will certainly not be using this hotel again and will not be recomending to anyone anytime soon .
