• I've experienced terrible treatment at this salon where a mistake in colour led to two corrections all unsatisfactory. The owner telling me it wasn't red but warm when I asked for cool(golden) brown. They refused to give me my money back, I was insulted and was told 'on Yer bike' then she slammed the phone down. This was over a period of three appointments it was horrendous rolling of eyes, yes I did see them, and comments in front of other customers. Appalling.
