• On each occassion I have been in the staff have been pleasant and helpful. This Post Office is always busy on a Saturday which i think is proof that it is popular.

• Ombersley Road Post Office is the worst Post Office I have ever been into....! The staff are rude, really unhelpful & just seem like they just didn’t want to be there. I have been in three times to post various parcels, the final time I went in was on a Saturday & one of the staff refused to take my parcel as the ends of my parcel bag were not tapped down to reduce its size... So she said I would need to go all the way home to put a small amount of tape on each corner & bring it back in to post. Glancing down by her hand I noticed a roll of tape 'Could I please use a bit of that tape' No she replied.... So I asked her what time do you close? 5 mins & she then smiled.....! What a delightful woman I thought....! I knew it would take me over 15-20 mins to get home & back in time, so that was the last straw as I’ve not been back since. My colleague has & had similar treatment with awful service. If you want to go to the best Post Office in Worcester I highly recommend the Post Office in Fernhill Heath the staff in there are fantastic......!
