• The woman working there is extremely rude, lies about the machines not working if parcels are pre-paid because it means there isn't money going into her till. Something needs to be done about it.

• Disgusted with service. Took my parcel to them to be returned to a company. As It was prepaid woman was adamant I didn't need proof of postage. The company can not track their end so therefore was never sent and I am £45 down as they won't issue my refund! When I called the post office for what happened to my parcel the woman was extremely rude and hung up on me. Do NOT use their post office service!
