• Would not go back - I asked Off Camber to fix "everything that needed fixing" on my bike. They quoted me £172, which I paid (had very generous family members wanting to fix up my much used bike for Christmas!). Once 'fixed', after less than ten miles cycling however, the back wheel came loose and my bike was no longer rideable. I was in London so got it fixed there (really nice bike shop that only charged me for the new bolts that were needed and not for the labour) - the bolts used to attach the back wheel were the old ones and all the essential groves had completely worn away. When I went back in to off camber to tell them, their attitude was that it wasn't their fault or their problem. That is until I told them I would be leaving then a negative review. Then they gave me £10 for my expenses and spoke to me in the kind way they had done before I'd paid to get my bike fixed in the first place. Too little too late. I shan't go back, not because of the back wheel issue - I'm sure every bike shop can miss something - but because of their appalling/non existent customer service and care.
