• They said you can cancel anytime. That is a BIG lie. When you want to cancel that is when they mention the 30 days notice. Even though the staff told me I could cancel anytime

• Gym is clean, really good equipment, staff are very helpful and explain how to use the equipment and what muscles it works out. Lockers used on a token or pound that is refunded, drinks and energy bars available from the vending machines. Music and also TV monitors for the TV addict whilst working on the treadmills/bikes/cross trainers and rowing machines. Ladies don't get bothered which is good compared to other gyms that makes you feel like it's feeding time at the zoo! Love training here!

• Absolute joke! You will end paying a fortune if you decide to cancel a membership! The policy is not clearly stated. BE AWARE OF HIDDEN FEES IN THE FUTURE!!!!!!

• This must be one of the most filthiest gyms I have ever been to. Old equipment, rusting weights, uneven floors (so benches move side to side), poor lighting (so they decided to use outdoor floodlights inside!). Even the lockers are old snd usually out of order. And the worst thing : NO air con. This summer the smell was unbearable! The staff are abrupt, unhelpful and have little interest in members.

• Badly managed by incompetent owner who is never there and is full of false promises No communication with staff and they are left in the dark about what is going on they don't even know when classes are on and no contact phone numerous !!! A joke
