• Second time I have bought from there. Absolutely fabulous. My piece of cod was from the loin end, not the tail end and consequently firm and tasty. My fathers portion was so big he couldn't manage it all. Don't visit Northiam very often but is my place of choice for a good lunch.

• Terry Frankcom in Beckley - 10 Jul 21 As per previous post, the oil is clearly really old and made the food taste disgusting. Recently moved here and were looking forward to our first local fish and chip supper. Couldn’t eat it and threw it away. We won’t be going back.

• Bad tasting Fish and chips. have used this shop before but never again if I wanted burger taste, i would have had one spoilt my take away old oil used ship smells bad of it tries to call the shop to let them know but no answer I don't want to give one star to be honest .
