• If you can get the same car elsewhere then go there,the after sales care here is abysmal. My car is under 3years old has done just under 13000 miles and i have had trouble with the intelligent key immobilising the car, the RAC advised me to take it back, I was met with the usual "no courtesy car is available they have all been booked for services" I asked why they didn't keep one for emergencies, but that was ignored as they explained the shortage for services. I explained I need a car to take my seriously ill father to an important hospital appointment in Ormskirk, I asked if I rent a car will they cover costs-no, will they pay taxi fees-no, When might I get my car back-I don't know. They are useless, with absolutely no compassion, I repeat BUY ELSEWHERE
