• Find them a complete nightmare. Tried to apply for a few exectutive style detached properties in the past and found we couldn't easily view ( not because of current occupiers either which would be understandable) without being in competition with other prospective tenants ie qeueing system with your number for where you are in the queue, before we could even arrange a viewing date which is all we wanted to do asap!! Then on another we put in an initial application ( before you pay ) and agreed to owners asap move in date to secure the place then couldn't find out anymore from this estate agent! Really odd that from then on know one knew anymore. Needless to say all 4 we have shown interest in are & have been for months, still available to let. Not surprising to me really, to see them still unlet, given how they make the process so full of hassle!!! I should add they are properties that are usually let asap in my experience of looking this past two & half years on rightmove and zoopla. So kind of says it all to be honest. We more than have enough income, are a small family and professional working, long term interested etc etc for an investor landlord and still dont get any satisfactory answer either way!!! Despite being the " ideal " fit in most agents / landlords eyes!!! Other estate agents happily arrange viewings at the earliest opportunity you can do and that they, can fit you in for. Then even pursue you to see if you want to go ahead!! With these guys, we had to chase them over and over again. And received very vague answers every time!! I should add that I never leave reviews usually, in all these years, suffice to say how strongly I feel about this particular estate agent, hence i'm bothering to!!! And lastly, every other agent I have dealt with, has been much easier to deal with than this crew. Including for selling my place this year and when looking for a property to let meanwhile. Total nightmare. Avoid!! Andrews, Taylors, Milburys and Blue Sky are a breeze in comparison. No stars is my rating as worst i've ever dealt with but had to give one star to submit review!! Heart now sinks when see a property of interest and it's on with them!!!
