• Lovley office, amazing staff, very helpful, and was told so much information, for the last review, it's a business, if they did that for everyone, then.what's the point in selling tape, I have asked about this, and the postmaster has to purchase the tape from a wholesalers, like every other business. Some people expect things for free, not business minded at all.

• Rude and unfriendly staff. Poor customer service. Tried to send a parcel. The top of the parcel had become a bit unstuck so I asked the lady if she would stick a bit of sellotape over it. Really not that much to ask, there was even some duck tape near her desk she could've used. She told me that they don't tape any parcels for you and I'd had to do it myself before sending it, so I had to go and buy some sellotape from the stationary shop and get to the back of the queue. Won't be going there again if they can't do even the smallest of favours for their customers.
