• Waited for ever and food eventually arrived lukewarm. Crispy duck was horrible, orange chicken inedible. Called them and after speaking with several people non of whom I could understand, told them how disappointed I was and apparently "the Manager" said he would give me a 10% discount. As I paid by cheque I am not sure how he will do this !! I also told them I thought the food was leftovers.

• Waited for an hour and fourty min for a delivery that never arrived. Phoned several times they said they still looking for our address ...lol. I gave up and gone to bed hungry. Will never use tthem again.

• Agree with other comment! Our food was 45 mins late! After phoning and complaining and asking where our food was, we were told the driver was list on his 2nd delivery, ours being the 3rd! The food was only just warm and of a poor standard, would of been better buying a £5 pack from asda instead of the £17 we were charged! Never again!

• If i had wanted to be a vegetarian i would have orderded the non meat dishes. poor very poor but sometimes good. Will not use again.

• VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. AFTER OUR FOOD BEING HALF AN HOUR LATE AND CONSIQUENTLY COLD I RANG TI MAKE A COMPLAINT. THE GUY WAS EXTEMELY RUDE, TOLD ME I WAS LYING AND THE FOOD WAS NOT COLD AND THEN PROCEEDED TO PRETEND HE COULDN'T SPEAK A WORD OF ENGLISH!!! VERY ARROGANT! HE WOULDN'T GIVE ME A NAME OF A MANAGER TO COMPLAIN TO AND SAID HE DOESN'T COME TO WORK ANYWAY SO NO POINT!! THE FOOD WAS CHEAP AND NASTY AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. YOU WOULDN'T GET THAT SORT OF TREATMENT WITH ANYOTHER COMPANY!
