• Our experience of the New Golden Wok was terrible. We ordered the £5.00 boxes. Sweet & Sour Chicken with Noodles and Peking Ribs. Sweet and Sour pork with salt and pepper chips and prawn toasts. Both Sweet and Sour portions were cold, insipid, tasteless and looked grey. The chips were cold, chewy, clearly refried. The prawn toasts were cold, chewy and refried. The ribs were inedible. Tough, chewy and dry. This was the first time we've used this place and the last. Horrible vile meal. We rang to complain but were offered no refund, nor a replacement meal. Please take my word for this and don't bother or waste your money.
