• I go to the Gosport branch regularly and the staff there are so kind and helpful. There is always a member of staff in the banking hall ready to guide you in the right direction or help you themselves, a person to show you how to use things, not just a machine like at other banks! I hope the branch continues to work and enhance the technology available to customers in the branch so the can help me use it to start with.

• I have found some staff to be courteous and helpful. But some like to gossip when serving , which is extremely infuriating to those of us queing .However that does not detract from the frequent failure to have enough cashiers working,yet there is someone "walking around" and someone else on the desk-frequently doing nothing , whilst there are large ques present. The facilities (machines) here in Gosport are not satisfactory. There needs to be a cash machine INSIDE the bank... this is not rocket science !! Overall rating - FAIR .

• I cannot speak for Natwest as a bank but in my local branch (gosport) they truly are there to help and really advocate the helpful banking moto. Im so pleased I moved my banking, I really dont know why I didnt do it sooner.

• The safe at this branch care, and try and help. There is often not a queue; well not compared to the older days, as the staff if they are not on the till are always trying to help. I now do my banking online and on my mobile app, but only with their help and I'll never forget that

• The staff in Gosport branch are so friendly and helpful, not just with banking but always there. I too am an oap and I live alone, when I go in they always ask how I am and actually care. A while ago I had my bag stolen, I was so shaken up, the manager herself walked me to the police station. I couldn't ask for anything further.

• I have now seen just how incompetant this bank is. I distinctly asked for nearly �10,000 in Euros. When I went to pay my bills in Spain I had been issued with the equivalent amount in travellers cheques at a charge of 4% for each cheque. As if moving to Spain is not stessfull enough without the incompetance of your staff. Added to this I am an OAP living on my own in a Foreign Country. This is your Gosport Branch who have been less than helpful throughout. You have not given me the option of giving minus for rating.
