• Everything we go there is an issue with keeping us waiting. Long queues or machines breaking down. They never apologise and if you ask for one they will only apologise for eachother. Last time they accused me of upsetting them with my demands for customer care and politeness. What happened to the customer always being right? I love NatWest Bank and all branches in Leicester apart from Granby Street are fabulous. I will avoid this branch from now on. Am making a formal complaint.

• Totally useless people work here. The tills usually have only one or two people working on them at busy times and I have had to que up to 20 mins to get served. If you need to see a advisor about a problem, well good luck with that as there never seems to be anyone"available" and they always want you to make an appointment. My advice is don't go there.......unless you absolutely HAVE to.
