Reported my debit card lost which was kindly stopped. However i then asked my bank to order me a withdrawal of £1300 only to be told the maximum was £500 per day even with full id. I then asked if i could transfer the said withdrawal into my spouses account who also banks with Nationwide and was again told no. How does this help the customer! I understand fraud prevention but this is taken it to the extreme. Very dissappointed in your service and will now think about alternative banking which would give some leaniencie.Rating history and distribution
