• Grubby. Nothing cleaned after don't spa. Nothing clean full stop Rude ignorant staff. Smells awful. Unprofessional job done. Skin and nails stuck with excess paint! Bad paint job. Painful filing. Over priced.Health and safety need a look Avoid at all costs

• Their ability to actually do their job was completely pathetic. It was a massive waste of money. I have paid to have a manicure which is not even comparable in quality to one that my blind dog could have achieved. I now have a hole in one of my fingers, following their ferocious filing which has been bleeding since I left. There is excess nail glue stuff which has been left to exist on my finger's skin, which is at best shoddy. I should add that their customer service skills were acceptable.
