• Excellent fresh fish, wonderful starters including Smoked Salmon Benedict which is to die for. Vegetables are always perfectly cooked including twice fried chips. Excellent service. 'Spud' must have been to another pub and got the name wrong!

• Seated at 8.20. Food order taken at 8.50. Starters arrived 75 mins later. Starter plates taken away and then waited over 65 mins for our main course. Slowest service I've ever encountered and I've encountered far better food. We visited 6-7 months ago and we received similar waiting times.NEVER AGAIN!
