• I went today for a last minute eyebrow wax. The treatment itself was great, the lady who did it was very friendly and did a very good service. For that part I give Mulberries full marks although the room decor was a bit dated. The music however was truly DIRE (cover versions of 80's songs and then a 1940's song which was of poor quality). I do however have a comment about the man who took my booking and greeted me at reception. Apparently he is the owner/accountant. He was not rude but not particularly friendly on the phone or at reception. A bit abrupt but entirely efficient. I remember thinking this too on previous visits. On my way out I thought I would give him my feedback on the music because I figured it would be good to let him know as I imagine he just doesn't realise how hideous the music was and you can bet your bottom dollar I will not be the only one to notice!! He didn't take the criticism well. He told me it was the cafés music- well either way I suggest you look to changing it! If you think I'm just being picky do a survey and see what other people think. Also I truly think you wod get more custom if the man on reception either stuck to the accounting or tried to be a bit more people friendly. A friendly receptionist makes a huge difference to a salon!
