• The most wonderful meal I have ever had out. So much to choose from on the menu to try and I normally find it really difficult to find anything I want. Staff were amazing and friendly. All the different ciders on tap. Really does cater for everyone. Could not wish for more.

• been there for the last two fridays after not going for months ... new management & staff ... really impressed ... very relaxed ... going back this friday :) much improved atmosphere ... could not fault anything :) :)

• Tried, but wont try again.Much too pretentious. Very "clicky" If you are a new "face" you feel as though you are being watched all the time, and if your "face" doesnt fit you know about it. I felt like we should have turned up in a Bentley or some other posh car. Food was over rated and although not bad, you can ger much better for much less elsewhere. Under new management and feel that the previous owner must have been better as this one looks after the ones she seems interested in and leaves the rest to her staff. Will stay away and stick to places we feel comfortable in.

• iF you drive a flash car and splash the cash this is the place for you, if you want to go somewhere where you feel comfortable and relaxed and as good as the next person forget it. Landlady tries too hard and is more about herself than the pub, think she will be pretty popular with the male species and seems to know how to play to them but a bit of a cougar. Rest of staff quite nice, food average, atmosphere ok but plenty of nicer places to go locally where not having to try soo hard yet still winning.

• Avoid at all costs. Manageress is rude, no manners and doesn't have a clue about customer service. Service generally is dire and food is overpriced. Don't know where you can compare this place with as I've never had such a bad experience!!
