• I was delighted to observe today at Dunoon store the supervisor Debbie and checkout assistant Karen deal with an elderly disabled gentleman who was having issues with his debit card, Karen and Debbie dealt with this gentleman in a very sensitive manner , did not rush him and resolved his problem , this is a very good example of customer care and service. Well done girls .
