• till staff very friendly,management rude and intolerant and will chastise staff whilst in the presence of customers.the promotions are misleading and treat their customers like fools....gone are the days of honest cheap food and ken morrison.

• Getting very poor at restocking shelves of late. Need to improve or will continue to go down the pan

• Misleading offers and some staff lovely and a few rude.one started having a conversation in middle of scanning groceries with woman on till behind. A lot of staff really need training in customer service.
