• The "lifetime guarantee" is based on the lifetime of a goldfish. Fittings are extremely poor quality -- so much so that the chrome handles on our cabinet needed replacing every year and after a few replacements they're now refusing to honour the "lifetime" warranty because the handles they sell aren't manufactured by them -- so basically, the warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. If you have to get anything from Montrose see if you can get fittings to fit from IKEA, it's much better quality or ask them to list every part that's manufactured in-house so that you know what might actually be covered by the "lifetime guarantee".
