• needed a washed replacing which wasn't urgent and took 20 minutes to fix - cost £65! I should have asked for hourly rate beforehand - won't make that mistake again. should have been a percentage of £65 surely for a third of the time? Will not use again and will not recommend

• Didn't tell us that they wouldn't be able to come, on the prearranged day, half of the day wasted!he didn't apologise, when he did come, the next day.. Our fault for not asking hourly rate, which was £65. Would not use again, and would not recommend. Janet&Pete.
