• If you are looking for rude and obnoxious staff whilst looking for a property then this is the estate agents for you. Unhelpful is an understatement. If you have a problem during your tenancy, save yourself the hassle and sort it yourself as that is what they'll tell you to do anyway. Viv, the officer manager, is better suited to a none public role. One phone call to her left me feeling livid after her muttering the words 'unbelievable' when I was trying to get a query sorted. She's forever insistant that your problem is not hers and she doesn't care if you hear her having an issue with it. They'll make appointments to come and visit the property but they'll always be late and when they do eventually turn up they'll be rude about it. One of the rather porky (by porky we're talking larger than average) seems to have an issue with dogs and will suggest you either get rid or quit your job. Avoid and go elsewhere! I'm now an ex tenant after paying my rent without fail purely because of their lack of customer service to tenants. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere
