• Folded his business before completing his promises and obligations. ce work James Edwards..after being trusted to honour your promises you disconnect both your phones and disappear off the face off the earth..you give the motor trade a bad name...missing paperwork and non existent warranties, promised phone calls that never materialised, excuse after excuse...the motor trade will not be mourning your choice to find pastures new. Hopefully the wrong doings will catch up up with this highly unprofessional "trader".

• Great service whilst buying your car, just pray you don't need any after sales service. My car developed a problem and I simply wanted to know if it was covered under the 1-month warranty. Called on Monday but James was with a customer and would call me back. Called again in Tuesday...same story. Still heard nothing by the end of Wednesday and get the strong feeling that I am being avoided.

• I was very impressed with the customer service - James was very helpful and not in the least bit pushy and so it made looking at the cars a pleasant experience and not stressful. We were really impressed that the car we bought was given a full service and MOT as part of the deal - we will highly recomment the garage to people we know who are looking to buy a second hand car

• I purchased a vehicle from James after having to return a vehicle I recently purchased from a main dealer which was declared unsafe to be on the road. The vehicle I purchased was delivered to me in an immaculate condition after having an mot and service and valet and as I had no vehicle James made sure I was back on the road in as little time as possible. I am extremely happy with both the car and service I recieved from Meridien and will definately return to them when I wish to exchange the car!! I would also recommend them to my friends and family.

• Just feel the need to write a few words about these 2 guys at Meriden motor company. As previous review, i have done research about buying cars and dealt with several companies in the past. although none compare to these guys, James and Andrew are an absolute credit to the industry. I myself work in sales and to buy a product from a genuine person is absolute key in customer service, and these guys have this in abundance. If you have any doubts about buying a car, give these guys a call and it will be an absolute breeze,trust me. completely take my hat off to you guys, keep up the amazing work,and will certainly be back when i need another car,and so will family and friends. thanks again for all your help.

• My partner and i were probably the most cautious car buyers alive, due to being stung in the past. This is why we searched every website and every ad for the right car and a seller we were comfortable handing our money to. The gentlemen at Meriden were just that, a couple of really helpful, honest and reasonable people who were a joy to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and the car was dropped off after a full service, MOT and valet. The brakes ground a little so they collected the car, sorted a little grit that was stuck and dropped it back as promised. Trust me , these guys are like gold - a rare and refreshing experience that i would recommend to my own mother. Try them. If youre even half as impressed as we were you wont regret it.
