• We visited for a big family meal with our children and chose the all you can eat buffet so we could try different dishes. Firstly the staff are not very child friendly. secondly, the service is slow and jobs get half done. and thirdly, staff are not particularly friendly. we had 2 todder with us and the manager was not happy that we did not want to pay £7 each for them to eat (they do not eat much food at all as they are 2 and do not eat chinese food anyway, but as they ate a couple of chips the manager commented on this and said we should pay for them to eat. she also wanted us to pay the full price of £14 for the 10 year old in our group who again harldy ate anything and by their own guidelines on their menu is classed a s a child anyway). We ordered meals for the 6 people who were eating and only 4 arrived, we never got the other meals nor an explanation, but luckily shared what food we did get around. Our table was not cleared for 30 mins though and was left half cleared a lot. The food was also bought out erratically and not together. Staff do not approach you so you constantly have to ask staff for assistance. The running of the restaurant just seems to be very disorganised. However the plus point is that the food itself (when it arrives) is actually good.

• Very disappointed. Initial service was slow and after 15 minutes had to go to bar to order drinks. Waited too long for food and seemed like we were a hindrance not a customer. Tried to talk to manager about poor service and her attitude was very poor and didn't even apologize. Wont be going back.
