• Thank you for a clean MacDonalds, near the Marriot Hotel, Gosforth on Saturday 10th May at approx. 3 pm. Only problem was that the French Fries were cold and not freshly prepared.

• I visited on 5 Feb 2014 with a friend for lunch. I have a medical condition which stops me from eating quickly, but in any case it was meant to be a leisurely lunch. We stayed at the branch for about 10 mins over the allotted 90 mins and have been issued with parking charges of £60 each (£100 if not paid in 14 days) by the operator Civil Enforcement. I have tried to contact the area operations manager for the franchisers W Liddy & Co but he will not speak to me. Never again at McDonalds! They have lost a regular customer for life!
