• I had a really enjoyable meal today 22/07/2015. However I ordered a large meal only to be given a large box of half empty fries. What is the point of buying a large meal when the fries are only filled half way!! This has happened on a few occasions. I have even noticed that the medium fries seem to be filled more than the large ones. I don't visit the shop very often so the fact I have noticed it shows it is happening more than it should and should definitely be addressed!

• I purchased 2 chicken select meals from your Glenrothes branch. The chicken is disgusting its totally dried out &impossible to eat,the staff obviously know this but continue to sell it to customers an absolute rip off. Im giving one star in order to sumbit this comment but personally wouldnt give any

• Stood in a queue for 20 mins on Sunday morning while most of staff seemed to be doing nothing. Because of this got served at 10.35 am to be informed that the breakfast I was there for was no longer available as it was after 10.30 am. Since there was a time limit on what I wanted it was obviosly beyond the very inefficient staff to perhaps ask if anybody waiting in the queue was there for the breakfast. I think MacDonalds is supposed to pride itself on good customer service but in Glenrothes they couldn't care less about the customer. Seems to have come up with a one star rating - should be none but can't get rid of star.
