• Upon arriving to the uk from america, i was very excited to experience McDonalds in a whole new way. With a new menu that actually looked nice, however I was severely disappointed once I has entered the restaurant. As soon as I walked through the door I was questioned about my order many times, along with being stared at by the staff before I had even had a chance to look at the menu. I then quickly decided to have a chicken and bacon sandwich, whilst my companion ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. After waiting a few moments I was presented with our meals, firstly one missing a drink, secondly the two sandwiches ordered were not as I had requested. My chicken and bacon was in-fact a chicken legend meal, NOT what I wanted. The second order wasn't a sandwich at all, we had been given a salad... With no fork?! After bringing this up with our server he question 'fork?!' As if it was a foreign object. I ate my meal, but I was not happy, and I will never return again. This sick experience has ruined all of my respect for and McDonald's in the UK. NEVER AGAIN.
