• Lovely food, and great dining area staff. I was served within just a few minutes, which was a pleasant surprise given the store was quite busy. Dining area staff were great, they kept on-top of the cleaning (again - pleasantly surprised given it being busy), and one of the few stores I have been to where they were able to create conversation that made me feel comfortable and at ease. Would recommend eating here (or even just going for a coffee!), great service, great atmosphere, only bone to pick would be is there are not very many bins.

• apalling service at upton mcdonalds, 25-30 min wait and then food missing from my order, my advice? go elsewhere. i would like to give zero stars but sadly this is not an option
