• I previously had my hair cut (May 2014) there without any problems. A very young so-called stylist (needs more training) proceeded to mess up my fringe so badly that it was left looking uneven. I had to trim the long strands myself - will definitely NOT be going back there again.

• I had my hair cut there today and it was a great experience. The hairdresser suggested new techniques which have made my hair look amazing, the service was friendly and professional and there was no hard sell of products. I will definitely be going there again

• This was the worst hair cut I have ever had. And I have had some bad haircuts. The lady did not listen to a word I said about my hair and cut it how she wished. I have curly hair, that I asked to be straightened for the finish. She "Blew dry" my hair with cold air so it did not straighten, it just went huge and fluffy. Then proceeded to NOT straighten my hair with actual straighteners, leaving large patches untouched. I left feeling humiliated. I also notice, now it is curly again, she did not even cut it properly, I have a triangle hair cut. Not what I asked for. A complete waste of money. I will never be returning here again.
